Welcome to Northwest Return to Work. We thank you for choosing us as your provider for your work-related injury treatment or evaluation. We realize that you are free to choose your own provider, and we want to work hard to make sure we earn your trust in your journey toward recovery.
Since opening in 2007, we have focused on providing excellent evaluation and treatment services to injured workers. Our initial services included Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), Work Conditioning, and Work Hardening programs. In 2013 we expanded our services to include a chronic pain management or SIMP (Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Pain) program. As part of this expansion, we pursued and were awarded a CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) certification for both our Pain Management and Occupational Rehabilitation programs. CARF accreditation is achieved by very few outpatient facilities and is a mark of commitment by providers to continuously improve and monitor their performance and stakeholder (customer) experience. This accreditation is one tangible way we can demonstrate our commitment to our clients and stakeholders.
Please understand that we strive each day to provide excellent care in a safe, welcoming environment. We feel that this approach helps us maintain an excellent therapeutic environment. Despite our best efforts, we may still overlook things from time to time.
